State Sales Tax The Department of Revenue states, that this business is NOT required to collect state sales tax from any state, except this state of Pennsylvania, where this business is located. It is NOT legal for us to collect state sales tax from other states where we do NOT have a sales tax license (because we do not have offices in those states). Buyers outside of the commonwealth of PA, are personally responsible to pay Use Tax (Sales tax) on any product they purchased across state lines where sales tax was not collected. This is a self governing activity, and the individual is responsible for this and not a business from another state. |
