Return Policy

Alpha Workx, L.L.C will accept returns subject to the following conditions.  The products must be new, unused, uninstalled and complete with all parts including a copy of the sales invoice.  They must be returned within 10 days.  There is a 20% handling charge for all returned parts or items (Sorry, but this is due to the banking fees for the reversal, called a "charge back", not to mention the bookkeeping & inventory reversal labor).  No COD or freight collect shipment will be accepted on returned goods.  Shipping charges are not refundable.

Damaged Merchandise

Packages are shipped F.O.B. Nottingham, PA.  All shipments are fully insured.  Any claim for damage must be made to the freight carrier.  Do not return products without prior authorization and a damage claim number from shipper.

Limited Warranty

Alpha Workx products warrant that all of its products are free from defects in material and workmanship.  There are no implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.  There are no warranties which extend beyond the description above.
