Pricing InformationWe strive to maintain our catalog; however, errors in typographical content, pricing, and photography are subject to correction and may change without notice. Shipping and handling charges are not included in pricing. Please verify prices with your salesperson when ordering.
Shipping InformationAll orders will be shipped via UPS ground unless otherwise specified at the time of order. Refer to map to determine approximate shipping transit times (exclude weekends and holidays). Next Day A.M., Next Day, 2nd Day, 3rd Day, & Saturday deliveries are available upon request. You may charge orders to Visa or MasterCard. Cashiers Check or money orders accepted in advance of shipment.
Returned GoodsAlpha Workx, L.L.C will accept returns subject to the following conditions. The products must be new, unused, uninstalled and complete with all parts including a copy of the sales invoice. They must be returned within 10 days. There is a 20% handling charge for all returned parts or items (Sorry, but this is due to the banking fees for the reversal, called a "charge back", not to mention the bookkeeping & inventory reversal labor). No COD or freight collect shipment will be accepted on returned goods. Shipping charges are not refundable.
Damaged MerchandisePackages are shipped F.O.B. Nottingham, PA. All shipments are fully insured. Any claim for damage must be made to the freight carrier. Do not return products without prior authorization and a damage claim number from shipper.
Limited WarrantyAlpha Workx products warrant that all of its products are free from defects in material and workmanship. There are no implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. There are no warranties which extend beyond the description above.
Sales TaxPennsylvania residents will be charged per the current rate demanded by the state and local authorities.Buyers outside of the commonwealth of PA, are personally responsible to pay Use Tax (sales tax) on any product they purchased across state lines where sales tax was not collected. |
